Using this website
You may use this website to learn about the venue and follow its contact and booking links. Please use it lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation or obtain unauthorised access.
Website text, branding and photographs belong to their respective rights holders. Viewing the site does not grant permission to reuse those materials commercially. Contact the venue if you would like to use them.
Venue information and opening hours
The homepage lists usual opening hours. Individual sessions, events and availability can differ, so check the current Bookwhen calendar before travelling. Historical photographs and review excerpts do not promise current party packages, performers or event inclusions.
Making a booking
Bookings are made on Bookwhen, not through a checkout on this website. Check the session description, tickets, price, instructions and applicable conditions before booking. Bookwhen provides the platform; the booking for a Let’s Pretend session is with LETS PRETEND AND PLAY C.I.C.
The specific venue conditions shown during the Bookwhen booking process form part of the terms for that booking. Standard play sessions, groups, special events and parties may have different descriptions or conditions. Read the information for the event you select rather than assuming one set applies to every visit.
Bookwhen’s booker terms govern your use of its platform. They are separate from the venue’s rules below. Payment is handled through the booking platform’s payment arrangements; this information website does not collect card details.
Cancellations and refunds
The Let’s Pretend refund policy published on Bookwhen, checked on 1 October 2026, sets the following notice requirements for refund eligibility:
- Play sessions: give at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation.
- Special events: give at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation.
Contact Let’s Pretend about cancelling a booking or requesting a refund. Read the linked venue policy and the conditions shown for your booking. These refund notice periods do not establish a separate self-service cancellation window or a right to transfer a ticket.
Changing or transferring a booking
If you need to change or transfer a booking, contact the venue before making new arrangements. Check any options and conditions shown for your booking on Bookwhen. This website does not promise that a transfer is available or impose a transfer deadline.
Published play-session instructions
The play-session listing for 2 October 2026 at 09:30, checked on 1 October 2026, gives these instructions:
- Every child and adult needs a ticket. A child’s ticket includes one free adult ticket; additional adults need a paid ticket.
- The baby area is for babies; older children should not use it.
- A responsible adult must supervise children throughout the visit.
- Ask staff for the Space Room access code and close its door securely when leaving.
- Food and drink are not allowed in play areas. The venue’s no-picnic rule means visitors should not bring their own food or drinks.
These instructions were verified for the linked play session. Read the instructions for the session you choose; do not assume they describe every special event or private party. Contact the venue about dietary or access needs before booking.
Party enquiries and other conditions
Contact the venue to discuss party availability and options. Confirm any price, deposit, inclusions and cancellation conditions with the team before agreeing a party booking.
External services and privacy
Bookwhen, social networks and map services operate separately from this information website. Their own terms apply when you visit them. Read our Privacy Policy for the website’s data flows and the contact and booking routes.
Your rights and questions
Nothing in these website terms removes statutory consumer rights or legal responsibilities that cannot be excluded. Contact Let’s Pretend using the details above if you need clarification about a booking or venue condition.
